Orlando celebrates Hispanic Heritage month

Hispanic Heritage Month is in full swing — so you’re probably looking for events and activities.

We have gathered some of the top activities that will help you learn about and celebrate the cultures that have added such richness to the makeup of Central Florida. The good news is, no matter what you’re into, there are plenty of exciting things happening.

Especially over the next month. There is truly something for everyone. The City of Orlando is pleased to join our multicultural community to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, which runs from September 15 to October 15, 2021.

Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month

This year’s Hispanic Heritage Month observance theme is “Esperanza: A Celebration of Hispanic Heritage and Hope” to recognize the culture and traditions of U.S. residents who trace their roots to Spain, Mexico, and the Spanish speaking nations of Central America, South America, and the Caribbean while inviting us to reflect on how great our tomorrow can be if we hold onto our resilience and hope.

During this festive month, the city will host several events by taking the necessary safety precautions due to the COVID-19 pandemic. City of Orlando Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration Event — Oct. 12
