Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens
The Central Florida Zoo has over 23 acres of native gardens and more than 500 animals. In addition, it features an insect zoo, and a reptile house. There is a children’s area with animals you can feed and pet, a splash playground. You can also check out the Seminole Aerial Adventures zip-line attraction. The zoo is located in Sanford, about 40 minutes north of our main tourism districts.
