Situated in the Church Street Market at 55 W. Church St., the restaurant has taken over the former Graffiti Junktion space, marking a significant milestone for birria enthusiasts Liz and Maureen Huerta.
The Birria1983 story began four years ago when the Huertas acquired a food truck, commencing a culinary journey that redefined birria in the local culinary scene. Their distinctive take on the traditional dish quickly captivated birria enthusiasts, leading to their current expansion.
Birria1983 Offers Plenty Of Space At There New Location
The newly established restaurant features a spacious and inviting atmosphere, adorned with lush greenery, dynamic murals, and expansive arched windows that fill the space with natural light.
