Be On The Lookout For The Publix Ice Cream Truck This Summer


Publix
is doing something cool this summer by adding of an ice cream truck that’ll journey across Florida through July. The Publix ice cream truck will stop in multiple cities including Orlando, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale, and Jacksonville, amongst others.

“The ice cream truck is a newer way we are able to surprise and delight customers and the community,” a spokesperson told local sources.

You can catch the Publix ice cream truck on its summer tour sure, but it may even make a surprise arrival at Publix-sponsored public events, the same spokesperson told local sources.

Which Flavors Of Ice Creams Are Included On The Publix Ice Cream Truck?


“We are hitting the road this summer and bringing a sweet surprise,” Publix announced on its website. “The Publix ice cream truck will have a variety of delicious flavors, including non-dairy options. Enjoy a cool treat on us and join in on some fun and games.”

Some of those tasty treats include free samples of special summer flavors like Lemon Berry Bliss, Piña Colada, strawberry, and vanilla, plus lactose-free options, the spokesperson stated.

Catch The Publix Ice Cream Truck In These Cities


The summer Publix ice cream truck tour has started off in Nashville, Tennessee, and has planned scheduled stops in North Carolina and South Carolina before making it’s way to Georgia.  After stopping in Georgia, the Publix ice cream truck will make its way on down to Florida. Here’s a guide to keep an eye on that explains when and where the Publix ice cream truck will be stopping while it’s in Florida:

Keep in mind, the Publix ice cream truck will stop at all the locations listed below from 11 am to 3 pm.

July 5: Jacksonville – Community First Igloo (3605 Philips Hwy.)

July 7: Orlando – Lake Eola (101 S. Rosalind Ave.)

July 9: Tampa – Glazer Children’s Museum (110 W. Gasparilla Plaza)

July 10: Sarasota – Payne Park (2010 Adams Ln.)

July 13: Lakeland – Barnett Family Park (730 E. Orange St.)

July 15: Fort Lauderdale – Museum of Discovery & Science (401 SW 2nd St.)

July 16: West Palm Beach – Cox Science Center & Aquarium (4801 Dreher Trl. N.)
