Sunset SUP Yoga Group Class: Winter Park

All levels welcome!

End your day in the beautiful surroundings of the tranquil and relaxing Winter Park Chain of Lakes during our Sunset SUP Yoga Class. We will start off with a leisurely paddle to warm up. Once we arrive to our destination, we will anchor and begin with a guided meditation to the sounds of nature. You will be guided through a gentle yoga flow while floating on water. Class ends with blissful savanna to the sounds of nature.

*You are required to complete and return signed WAIVER within 24-hours of booking or you may be dropped from class. Go to Waiver & Cancellation tab on website to download waiver.

*Please bring your leash for anchor system.

*We will launch on time and will not be able to wait for late arrivals. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to launch time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand unavoidable situations come up and your plans change. Cancel your registration at least 48-hours prior to your scheduled class/lesson to receive a full refund.

If cancelled within the 48-hour period, you will receive credit to use on future class/lesson. *Credit is valid for 1-year.

BAD WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY

Your safety is my #1 priority. Registration for canceled classes/lessons due to bad weather conditions will be rescheduled for future class/lesson. A full refund may be obtained if class or lesson is canceled by Empower Yoga Florida due to bad weather.

WHAT TO BRING

• Yoga/fitness attire, bathing suit, or water-resistant clothing.
• Sun Protection (hat, sunglasses with tether, sunscreen)
• Bug Spray
• Water and/or electrolytes. You want to stay hydrated, especially during the warm weather months.
• Waterproof case for phone and keys.
• A small towel to use during class as a sweat towel or to cover your face so you can have a relaxing Savasana.
• Towel and change of clothes. (This can be kept in the car. There are occasions when our yogis/students go for a swim whether it’s intentional or not. It’s always good to be prepared with an extra towel and a change of clothes.)
• Those who bring their own board. Bring a PFD and whistle, as this is required by law. Also, bring your leash to use for our anchor system.
