Patina Restaurant Group Hosts “Sip, Savor & Stroll” Culinary Event at Disney Springs
Patina Restaurant Group is excited to debut its “Sip, Savor & Stroll” event on Thursday, March 21, featuring food and drink pairings at three of its Disney Springs restaurants: The Edison, Enzo’s Hideaway and Maria & Enzo’s. Guests are invited to drink, dine and dash during one of the two available time slots (5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.), as they are escorted from restaurant to restaurant, tasting signature menu items. From Roaring ‘20s inspired pairings to fine Sicilian style eats at Maria & Enzo’s outdoor patio, guests will be set for an exceptional evening. Tickets are $75 each and can be purchased HERE. Ages 21 and older only.
First Stop: The Edison
Sip: Sunny Disposition Porthole – St. Augustine cane vodka, Lillet Blanc, Giffard Crème de Fraise des Bois, local Florida produce, displayed in The Edison’s signature porthole infuser
Savor: The Edison’s sourdough grilled cheese, lemon-basil tomato soup shooter
Set in an old-world power plant designed to signal a new future, The Edison has meticulously cultivated a sense of vintage flair. Seven themed spaces bring elements of Gothic, Industrial, Art Nouveau, Art Deco and Expressionism to life. Spectacular nostalgia abounds in every detail. Grab a seat and slip into the past.
Second Stop: Enzo’s Hideaway
Sip: Enzoni – Ford’s gin, muddled grapes, Campari, lemon juice, simple syrup
Savor: Saffron arancini, fior di latte mozzarella, citrus roasted garlic aioli
Wander into a truly unique gathering place for a pre- or-post dinner drink. Inspired by Florida’s secretive “rum-running” past, this watering hole specializes in barrel-aged cocktails and has the largest selection of rums and scotches than any other restaurant at Disney Springs.
When you’re craving something savory, Enzo’s Hideaway has a food menu brimming with satisfying options like imported meats and cheeses, rustic pasta dishes and a collection of Italian-inspired entrées.
Third Stop: Maria & Enzo’s Hideaway
Sip: Blood Orange Mule – Skyy blood orange vodka, Solerno blood orange liqueur, Fever-Tree blood orange ginger beer, lime juice
Savor: Cannoli, sweet ricotta filling, candied orange, amarena cherry
Maria & Enzo’s Hideaway is an elegant Italian trattoria set in a stylish airline terminal built in the 1930s. The restaurant features a stunning dining room with 50-foot ceilings and views of Lake Buena Vista as well as a First Class Lounge for serene adult dining. The authentic fare is inspired by Sicilian cuisine and offers a range of handmade pastas, fresh fish, steaks, desserts and coffees. A full bar provides hand crafted cocktails and a special selection of popular and rare Italian wines.
