Art & Wellness: Meditation for Peace with Puja – Join us for healing meditations designed to help you fall in tune with yourself, and bring harmony to your whole being, utilizing music, sound, and the beautiful acoustics of Timucua.
No prior meditation experience necessary. An open mind and heart will suffice. If you do however meditate regularly, this technique will deepen your practice.
Note: this is an alcohol-free event. The meditation is best practiced on a light stomach. Please dress comfortably.
Puja was born and raised in India and spent a decade working at tech startups while traveling all over India and Asia to learn different meditation techniques and spiritual philosophies.
She is passionate about sharing Eastern wisdom and practices to cultivate inner peace and well-being, especially in our busy lives.
She offers classes, meditation retreats and digital programs.
Puja is an award-winning leadership coach, speaker and author with more than 15 years of experience teaching mindfulness and meditation-based techniques. She holds an MBA, and is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, New York. Her work has been featured in publications like the Huffington Post, MindBodyGreen, Thrive Global, and the Washington Post.
