At Animal Kingdom, the culinary journey is as important as the rides and attractions, and this week, Animal Kingdom and three resort hotels are rolling out a tempting array of new dishes and drinks, offering more reasons for celebration.

Animal Kingdom’s Gastronomic Treasures:

Animal Kingdom takes the spotlight with a captivating lineup of fresh plant-based offerings, Dole Whip varieties, and delectable breakfast choices.

Harambe Market AT Animal Kingdom:


Chicken and Shrimp Rice Bowls:
Enjoy marinated chicken or peri peri shrimp with jollof rice, kachumbari tomato salad, and tzatziki sauce.

Beef and Lamb Kofta Pita: Delight in beef and lamb kofta with tzatziki sauce, chermoula, and house-made chips. There’s also an Impossible Kofta Pita with plant-based kofta and aioli.

Harambe Salad with Chicken or Shrimp: Savor marinated chicken, quinoa, grilled corn, black-eyed peas, and crispy chickpeas, drizzled with chermoula-herbed vinaigrette.

Mango Passion Fruit Cheesecake: Indulge in a mini round cheesecake adorned with mango, passion fruit, and an artistic purple flower design.
