Location

Located in the Historic District of Downtown Winter Garden, Plant Street Market is one of the best new places to host events in the Greater Orlando area. Anchored by Crooked Can Brewing Company, guests enjoy over 15 unique craft beers on tap including multiple local favorites. Whether you are hanging out inside the authentic taproom surrounded by amazing stainless-steel brewery equipment or relaxing on the oak-lined brick paver patio, there is a comfortable spot for everyone. Plant Street Market is like an indoor farmer’s market consisting of over 20 vendors that focus on local artisan products including retail, food, and beverages.

History

Crooked Can was started in 2014 by Sheeter, Jared Czachorowski and Robert Scott. That group built a 12,000-square-foot facility plus an 8,000-square-foot patio in Winter Garden, Florida.

The so-named Plant Street Market houses 17 vendors, including both goods merchants and eateries in addition to the brewery. “This is going to be a mirror to that,” Fry said. “It’ll combine food and retail vendors alongside the brewery. There will be multiple reasons for people to come in.”

The group first looked in Dublin for a potential landing spot until Hilliard, which owns that Center Street site, approached. The beer recipes will be the same as Crooked Can in Florida. The expectation is to have 12 on tap at any given time with a core of six to eight beers, plus seasonals. Sours and cider will be sold as well.
