Winter Park’s State of the City Address Scheduled for January 31
Mayor Sheila DeCiccio is set to deliver the annual State of the City Address on Friday, January 31, at the Winter Park Events Center, located at 1050 W. Morse Boulevard. This event provides an opportunity for residents to learn about the city’s achievements and plans while engaging with community leaders.
Highlights of the State of the City Address
Starting at 8:30 a.m., attendees can connect with neighbors and explore city department exhibits showcasing Winter Park’s services. The main program begins at 9 a.m., with Mayor DeCiccio’s State of the City Address. Her presentation will outline the city’s recent accomplishments, share plans for future projects, and honor the Employees of the Year. Additionally, the 2025 Mayor’s Founders’ Award will be presented during the event.
Following the Mayor’s Address, Vice Mayor Todd Weaver and City Commissioners Marty Sullivan, Kris Cruzada, and Craig Russell will share their perspectives on key city matters, providing a comprehensive look at Winter Park’s priorities and initiatives.
Event Details and RSVP Information
Community members are encouraged to RSVP by emailing MayorsMessage@cityofwinterpark.org by 5 p.m. on Friday, January 17. While RSVPs are not mandatory, they assist with event planning. Open seating will be available, along with light breakfast refreshments and beverages for attendees.
