Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams‘ NEW Fall Collection is now officially available, both online and at Jeni’s scoop shops across Winter Park.
Each flavor captures the essence of autumn with Jeni’s signature twist, moving beyond the usual seasonal flavors with bold, unexpected combinations. Jeni’s Fall Edit blends innovation with tradition, offering a unique taste experience that perfectly embodies fall – without a hint of pumpkin spice!
Here’s a quick rundown of what’s in store this season:
- Bay Leaf Cheesecake: Cream cheese ice cream with herbaceous bay leaf notes and a graham cracker swirl.
- Sweet Potato Marshmallow Praline: Spiced sweet potato ice cream swirled with marshmallow-scented cream and candied pecans.
- Pumpkin Seed & Rye Cookie: Nutty roasted pumpkin seed cream with soft rye cookie crumbles.
- Miso Butterscotch Brownie: Dark chocolate fudge brownies in a buttery, toasted sugar and miso ice cream.
For us, fall is about capturing the fresh, comforting, all-too-fleeting bounty of the season … and suspending it in ice cream. We did exactly that this year by putting a few oft-overlooked ingredients back in the spotlight. Passing over pumpkin spice in favor of pumpkin seeds. Switching out vanilla for bay leaf. Creating four delightfully surprising, refreshingly transitional flavors that taste just as good in unseasonably warm weather as they do when that crisp chill finally hits. (Plus one familiar favorite — because Brown Butter Almond Brittle has serious autumn vibes.)
