For those of you who are craving some winter magic, you can still get it even in the middle of Florida. It’s easy to social distance while ice skating and you can even bring your own skates. Also, ice skating is a fun and inexpensive date night idea. Ice skating with rentals will cost you around $10-$30 per person.

The Ice Factory, conveniently located just off of the Florida Turnpike exit 244 in Kissimmee, Florida. At Ice Factory, you can get group and private ice skating sessions as well as public ice skating. There are also youth and adult hockey lessons and leagues. They even offer curling lessons.

It sounds wild, but yes, there is an ice skating rink right near this Florida beach. Daytona Ice Arena is a very kid-friendly area that offers many youth lessons and hockey programs as well as public skating. They also have several competitive hockey leagues for teens and young adults.

Prepare For A Day At The Ice Skating Rink

Before you go to the ice skating rink, make sure you have everything you need. Wearing the appropriate attire will make a difference with your skating. Ice skating is recommended for children ages 3 and up. Don’t forget to check each location for their public skate times.
