Wine Wars – Battle of the Reds Wine Competition is a competitive wine tasting event benefiting a local charity, where the winning team will take home up to 150 bottles of wine at the end of each event. This is an exciting NEW wine competition you don’t want to miss!
This competition will include ALL red wines. We call this competition “The Battle of the Reds”. Participants will compete with their favorite bottles of red wine.
For our upcoming Wine Wars, we have selected Ronald McDonald House of Central Florida as our benefiting charity. We are excited to help give back and educate the local community about this great organization.
This event will have up to 150 teams, consisting of no more than 3 people. Each team will bring 3 of the same bottles of RED WINE. At the event, each team will drop off their bottles to the wine attendant and they will be assigned a number that is unknown by the team or other contestants. Each team will grab their wine glasses and begin sipping. Teams will be given a score sheet, where they will vote on the wines.
Towards the end of the night, each team will turn in their votes digitally. Scores will be tallied and the winner will be announced. The team that wins takes home 1 of the unopened bottles of wine that each team brought that night. The wine that was voted the least favorite, well that team gets the honor of taking that one back with them.
Bc us for a wine competition like no other. It all takes place in a beautiful outdoor courtyard, where you’ll dance to the music played by the DJ, all while having fun, tasting wine benefiting a local charity.
