Tai Chi Chuan or tai chi, pronounced “tie chee,” is a gentle exercise program that is a part of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Tai Chi is derived from the martial arts and is composed of slow deliberate movements, meditation, and deep breathing which enhance physical health and emotional well-being.

Mead Botanical Garden is a 48-acre urban oasis located in the heart of Orange County in beautiful Winter Park.
The Garden is OPEN DAILY from dawn until dusk and is FREE to the public. Well-behaved dogs are welcome in most areas of the Garden provided they remain on a leash and that their owner picks up after them as needed.
With 47 acres to explore in Winter Park, your senses will come alive with the sights, sounds, and scents of the garden.
