Mister Rogers Walking Tour @ Rollins College – Rollins is honoring its most famous alumnus––Fred Rogers’ ’51 ’74H––with the annual, free, Mister Rogers self-guided walking tour around campus.
Explore the neighborhood that shaped Mister Rogers on this self-guided walking tour of Rollins College, and find out how we’re keeping his legacy alive on America’s most beautiful campus. Along the way, you’ll experience exclusive Mister Rogers memorabilia and artwork and get a feel for how we’re educating the next generation of global citizens and responsible leaders. In honor of Fred’s birthday, the tour will be offered from February 21-March 20, Monday-Friday 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Pick up a map at Olin Library (Stop 1) or print the downloadable map below. Offered daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The first stop is at Olin Library where you’ll pick up a map of the five tour stops and view the sweater and sneakers Fred wore on his television program, “Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood.”
You’ll conclude your tour at the Mister Rogers sculpture, nestled between the Annie Russell Theatre and Knowles Memorial Chapel.
