Learn how to care for succulents and how to design a hypertufa for your garden!
Love the look of stone, but not the weight and expense? With a little time and a few supplies, you can make your own planters from hypertufa. Hypertufa is a mix of water, Portland cement, peat moss or coconut fiber, and either sand, perlite, or vermiculite. Planters made from hypertufa are porous and drain well, so they make a perfect home for succulents and rock garden plants. Join us in our garden to learn how to create a hypertufa and care for succulents! Design a hypertufa for yourself or make one for someone as a gift.
$20.00 per individual. Pre-Registration is required along with the non-refundable class fee. Registration will close at 7 pm on 03/22/2024 . Due to materials supplied, walk-ins may not be accommodated.

Cancellation policy : Classes are subject to cancellation if a minimum number of attendees are not booked. If class is cancelled you will receive a notification, and a refund confirmation to the e-mail that is provided during the registration process. Refunds for class cancellations may take up to 30 days to process if registration fee is paid by cash or check.
