Kids can stay creative all summer long at A&H’s FREE Summer Family Art Workshops on our National Historic Landmark campus!
At the Art & History Museums Maitland, kids can stay creative and artistically engaged all summer long on our beautiful and historic campus, just 15 minutes from downtown Orlando! During these FREE hands-on arts and crafts workshops, families can drop-in and create a new art project every week at their own pace.
On July 10 , summer is blooming all around our campus, and with it a confetti of tiny treasures like pressed flowers and leaves, mini stones and even tiny sea shells! Join us as children hand-build their own clay pinch pots, and then embellish it with wonderful tiny treasures from our garden! Our pinch pots are inspired by A&H’s founding artist, J. André Smith, who was a sculpture artist, and they’ll be ready to take home after the workshop!
After creating, you can extend your outing by bringing a bagged lunch and picnicking next door at Quinn Strong Park.
Summer Family Workshops at A&H are brought to you free of charge and sponsored by AdventHealth. Space and supplies are limited (one pinch pot per child), so reserve a spot for your family today!
