About The Alfond Inn
Owned by Rollins College, a private coeducational liberal arts college in Winter Park, Florida, The Alfond Inn opened in August 2013. We share the generosity at the heart of The Alfond Inn, as all net operating income provides scholarships to Rollins College.
A local’s favorite, Hamilton’s Kitchen restaurant offers brunch and dinner at the 183-room boutique hotel, which has a Spa, a Café, two pools, a fitness center, and over 12,000 sq. ft of flexible meeting space.
The Alfond Collection of Contemporary Art, on view at The Alfond Inn was a gift to Rollins College from Barbara and Ted Alfond ’68 and is a part of the permanent collection of the Rollins Museum of Art. The collection, which has been envisioned and acquired specifically for Rollins, its students, and the central Florida community, holds superb examples of the art of our time, spanning painting, photography, sculpture, mixed and time-based media, and the unique partnership between the Inn and the Museum demonstrate the singular opportunities made possible with innovative thinking in arts and education.
