Anticipation mounts for the Chapman & Chase Lounge, a 6,700-square-foot culinary haven set to grace Park Avenue. This brainchild of Artistry Restaurants, renowned for Boca and Atlantic Beer & Oyster, now dons a name that echoes through Winter Park’s history.
Honoring Winter Park’s Icons
Nestled at 500 S. Park Ave., the Chapman & Chase Lounge pays homage to the city’s founding fathers, Loring Augustus Chase and Oliver Everett Chapman. This establishment promises a gastronomic journey through Florida’s finest offerings: from fresh catches of the sea to locally sourced beef, all garnished with the zest of Florida’s famed citrus. Its ambiance draws inspiration from the elegance of the fin de siècle era.

Daniel Harf, Artistry’s chief concept officer, shares the vision behind the venture, stating, “We were captivated by the neighborhood’s rich history, from its allure as a winter sanctuary for Northerners to the architectural splendor of the Seminole Hotel. We aim to revive that era’s charm.”
