Orlando’s “On the MainStage” series will continue this December.
“On the Main Stage” Opera Orlando’s. With an original chamber opera adaptation of The Secret River, based on the book of the same name by Pulitzer Prize-winning author and Central Florida resident, Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings.
Opera Orlando’s Opera on the MainStage series celebrates its fifth anniversary at Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts with Die Fledermaus, Hansel & Gretel, and Carmen. Enjoy original productions featuring outstanding voices, stunning visuals, and musicians from the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra.
Because of the state’s progress towards reopening and evolving social distancing guidelines, Dr. Phillips Center will reach out to finalize seating. Our top priority is our patron’s safety and comfort while ensuring optimum seats for you in the coming season.
Covid Saftey
With safety as its first priority in the presentation of its 2021-22 season, Opera Orlando continues its consultation with health partners and Dr. Phillips Center to implement an appropriate and comprehensive plan with the goal of continuing to reduce the risk of infection from COVID-19.
