We will be fully clothed. \n\nForest Bathing is inspired by the Japanese practice of ‘shinrin yoku’. Shinrin means forest and yoku means bath. It’s a process where we experience the forest (nature) through our sense. It’s also scientifically been proven that the trees release a chemical called phytoncide.
