Head to Mead Botanical Garden for a unique experience to practice Tai Chi in the garden with certified Tai Chi for Health Master Trainer, Tony Garcia.
Please meet on the Grove Stage 10 minutes prior to the start time. (Follow the shell stone path to the left of the public restrooms north to the Grove Stage.) Don’t forget to bring water.
With 47 acres to explore in Winter Park, your senses will come alive with the sights, sounds, and scents of the garden. A place where you can find tranquility and interact with nature in a way rarely experienced in an urban setting.
With its hiking trails, creek, boardwalk, tall pine trees, greenhouse, butterfly garden, and pond that’s home to turtles, fish and wading birds, you’ll find much to discover and experience at Mead Botanical Garden.
The Garden is OPEN DAILY from dawn until dusk and is FREE to the public. Well-behaved dogs are welcome in most areas of the Garden provided they remain on a leash and that their owner picks up after them as needed.
