This January, The Sanctum owners Jamie and Chelsie Savage are taking on the Winter Park neighborhood. The Sanctum has established itself as a popular Orlando-based vegan and vegetarian outpost. Chelsie describes The Sanctum as “the most badass plant-based restaurant Orlando has ever seen”. There is no shortage of good plates at The Sanctum, including plant-based smoothies, juices, salads, bowls, brunch and lunch entrees. They are bringing some of that plant-based wizardry to Winter Park.

This month, they are on the verge of opening up Proper & Wild – a new high-end vegan restaurant in Winter Park. In a Facebook post, they described the new spot as a “chef-driven, health-forward, plant-centric concept.”. The new restaurant will be located at 155 E. Morse Blvd., the former Daya space, and will undergo a complete remodel. It will be nestled next to the Bonne Vie Salon on Morse. There is no set date for the opening, but they are shooting for the end of the month.
