Mobile Drive-Thru Testing Sites in Orlando

This week is Phase 2 of reopening Florida, which means more public spaces are reopening. Keep in mind that you may be asymptomatic – that you can have coronavirus without showing symptoms. The City of Orlando along with Orange County Government, GENETWORx, AdventHealth, and Orlando Health, have rolled out drive-thru testing sites in Orlando neighborhoods. These COVID-19 drive-thru testing sites are free, and pedestrian-accessible.

About These Testing Sites

  • COVID-19 Testing sites are in operation on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • The rotate to a new location in the city on each operating day and future locations are announcing on a rolling basis.
  • Testing is free and available for residents who are 18+. You will have to show a photo ID with an Orlando address.
  • You can be testing without having to show symptoms
  • It is strongly encouraged that you have an appointment to the drive-thru. This is to ensure minimal contact.
  • The testing site accommodates residents who do not have a vehicle.

The next mobile available testing site will be Tuesday, May 19, 2020, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m., Northwest Community Center, 3955 WD Judge Drive

How to Make An Appointment

Appointments can be made on the city’s website. You will have to provide your full details. This includes your name, email address, and address. You can also call 407-246-3104, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., to make an appointment via phone. For Spanish speaking residents, please call 407-246-4301.

  • Make sure to arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your appointment
  • Stay in your vehicle and wear a face covering while you stay in your car for an ID check and test
  • Medical and first responders from the Orlando fire department will test you while you remain in your car.

Results

COVID-19 test results are handled by GENETWORx. The results are typically available after 48 hours.

If you have a positive test, you should call your personal physician for diagnosis and treatment. Self-isolate to avoid infecting others.
